ORGANIC CULTIVATION
Our vineyards are organic, because we respect nature and want to help to protect the earth. We also work to ensure our CO2 emissions are near to zero.
We prefer natural processes and manual work. We respect the course of nature, never doing anything to slow down or speed up the natural maturation.
We refuse to use artificial fertilizers, instead preferring natural fertilizers such as the field bean. In autumn, we sow the field bean in our vineyards, then in spring we grind it. Field bean fixes nitrogen and improves soil structure.

We use sulphur to fight grape diseases like downy mildew and powdery mildew, only when absolutely necessary and without exaggerating.
Our vineyards and wines are certified organic by Suolo e Salute, which guarantees their authenticity and goodness.
