Organic wine made with sicilian grapes like Nero d'Avola, we prefer the manual harvest with the selection of the best grapes, taking more attention about all working. We produce this wine on Trapani's hills with a perfect temperature and wind this good conditions help to make an unique wine. Jocu is a tribute to the old traditions and to the carefree and slow life.
